• Possess required business certifications and meet all local licensing and insurance requirements •
• Exhibit professional and ethical behavior while upholding the highest standards of personal conduct •
• Use written contracts that clearly state any terms and conditions and fully provide all agreed services to the client •
• Respond to clients enquiries and communications in a timely manner •
• Accurately represent their qualifications and experience •
• Use honest and factual advertising •
• Agree not to engage in unfair, unethical, or misleading practices •
